Natalie Burmeister, Project and Change Management Consultant at Frontone Advisory

Meet Our Project & Change Management Consultant

Natalie Burmeister is a project and change management professional who has spent seven years delivering enterprise transformation programs in complex stakeholder environments. Her work sits where two disciplines meet: the structure of project execution (including governance, schedules, RAID management, and clear reporting) and the practice of organizational change management (including user readiness, communication, education, and adoption). She runs them as one effort, so delivery milestones and people readiness move together rather than on separate tracks.

Natalie is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, holds the Change Agility certification from the Association of Change Management Professionals, and is a Certified Associate in Project Management through PMI. Her experience spans a multiyear HR operating model transformation at a national consulting firm and an enterprise electronic health record implementation across two hospitals, delivered inside a program of 112 projects, where she supported education, workflow tracking, communications, and adoption workstreams.

When the Plan Is Green and the People Are Not Ready

Status reports have a way of looking healthy right up until go live. Tasks close, milestones clear, the dashboard stays green, and the people expected to work differently on Monday still have not been told what is changing, why it matters, or what they should do first. Natalie’s work is built around that disconnect. She treats readiness as a real deliverable with its own owner, its own milestones, and its own measures, tracked on the same plan as the build. When adoption is planned with the same rigor as configuration and testing, go live stops being a cliff and becomes a step.

Execution You Can See

Good delivery is unglamorous. It is a schedule that reflects reality, a RAID log someone actually maintains, decisions documented before they get relitigated, and a status report a sponsor can read in ninety seconds and trust. Natalie builds that discipline into an engagement from the first week: clear workstream ownership, clean documentation, consistent data quality across dashboards, and a governance rhythm that surfaces risk early enough to do something about it. She drives follow through between meetings, which is where most programs quietly lose time, and escalates what needs an executive decision instead of letting it age. Leaders get their attention back for the choices only they can make.

Change That Travels With the Work

Communication is not an announcement at the end. Natalie builds communication plans, leadership cascade materials, and stakeholder information that start early and stay current as the work evolves, so people hear what is changing from their own leader rather than from a rumor. She has facilitated visioning and co creation sessions to define future state ways of working, partnered with learning teams to design the training that makes new processes usable, and built adoption and readiness tracking that shows leaders where confidence is real and where it is thin. Resistance is easier to answer when it surfaces early, and easier to surface when people are actually asked.

Partnering With Frontone Advisory

At Frontone Advisory, Natalie brings the delivery engine to the firm’s work. Strategy and design set the direction, and someone still has to carry it through the months of coordination, documentation, and follow through that decide whether it lands. She supports client engagements across OAK™, where the operating architecture beneath execution is rebuilt, keeping workstreams organized, governance forums productive, and change plans moving alongside the build.

She works well with executive teams who have a clear ambition and need a steady hand to run it: someone who holds the plan, keeps the reporting honest, prepares the organization for what is coming, and makes sure the last twenty percent actually gets finished. Her standard is a simple one. The work delivered on plan, and the people ready to use it.
